(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 read with Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.15 dated 17.01.2026 under Sections 22 and 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 25.02.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.
The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 25.02.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
In this view of the matter, interim order dated 25.02.2026 is made absolute.
