Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.10 dated 24.02.2024, under Sections 41(1) and 21(1) of the Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 Act, registered at Police Station Nurpurbedi, District Rupnagar.

Vide order dated 14.03.2024, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Malkit Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required and the petitioner has also replied to all the queries raised by the Investing Officer.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 14.03.2024 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when Manju 2024.04.24 11:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
