Learned State counsel, on the instructions of Assistant Sub Inspector Sameul Masih, Police Station Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar submits at bar that Maani daughter of the petitioner has already married with respondent No.4-Ajit Singh and they have even moved the petitioner for granting protection before the Punjab State Human Rights Commission.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to avail alternative legal remedy available with the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.
