(ORAL) Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Ram Kishan, Superintendent Establishment, Haryana Roadways fairly submits that department had erroneously passed the impugned transfer order under some mistaken administrative requirement and on reconsideration of the matter, same is being withdrawn.

In view of above statement, writ petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
