Concededly, the term of a Sarpanch is only five years. 4.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous as the term of petitioner as Sarpanch of Village Pahladgarh, Tehsil and District Bhiwani, expired long back.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
