(ORAL) The petitioner, widow of Nazam Singh, has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C on the premise that she was married to Nazam Singh and out of the marriage, three children have been born. Her husband Nazam Singh has died and in this regard, a FIR No.34 dated 07.05.2016 under Section 302 IPC has been lodged and owing to the registration of FIR, the respondent No.5 along with respondent No.6 openly causing threats of elimination of the petitioner if she does not compromise the matter. In his regard, the petitioner has made representation dated 16.05.2016 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, District Sangrur. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur-respondent No.

3, shall/is directed to look into the representation dated 16.05.2016 (Annexure P-3) preferred by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and PANKAJ KUMAR 2016.06.

CRM-M No.21172 of 2016 -2if any substance is found therein, suitable action, in accordance with law be taken by providing protection to the petitioner. The crl. misc. petition stands disposed of in the aforementioned terms.
