***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection, if the transfer application is accepted. In view of the submission aforesaid and also taking into consideration the fact of the applicant, not having any source of earning and already having filed the petition under Section 144 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, which is pending in the Courts at Kurukshetra, which is at a distance of about 175 kilometres from Ludhiana, the transfer application is allowed and the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. HMA/181/2025, titled 'Rahul Sharma Vs. Nancy', filed by the respondent-husband, stands transferred from the Family Court, Ludhiana, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Kurukshetra. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Ludhiana, to the District and Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra.
