(Oral) This order shall dispose of above two petitions filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.14 and 15 dated 25.02.2020 , registered at Police Station Sadar, District Hoshiarpur (Punjab), who had been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professional (Regulation) Act.

Crl. Misc. No. M-10768 and 10796 of 2020 and 17618-2020 in CRM-M-10796-2020 had been filed stating therein that petitioner had deposited Rs.2 lacs in the shape of FDR before the CJM Hoshiarpur, which had been duly accepted.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rashinder Pal Singh, has informed that the petitioner had joined the investigation and she is no longer required for custodial interrogation. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner had deposited Rs.2 lacs in the shape of FDR in both the cases, order dated 22.05.2020 is restored and is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions, as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
