******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.111 dated 30.05.2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 306 Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Machhiwara, District Ludhiana.

Heard.

The FIR in this case was registered on the statement of Jarnail Singh, whose daughter was married with Jodh Singh son of petitioners about 18 years back. There are three issues from this marriage. CRM-M-20227-2015 -2petitioners, as a result of which she committed suicide. Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation. The police is investigating the plea taken by the petitioners that the deceased was suffering from some neurological problem and looking into the record relating to her disease. Keeping in view the fact that the marriage took place about 18 years ago, no allegation of demand of dowry etc. have been levelled and further that the petitioners have joined the investigation and the police has presented the challan against son of the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the order dated 19.06.

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

(iv) that the petitioners will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
