On 13.03.2024 the following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the application under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC is still pending before the Court wherein the decree-holder has not been served as he is stated to have gone abroad. However, the objections have been dismissed and the execution proceedings are continuing.
