(Oral) A limited prayer has been made in the present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the Rent Controller, Ludhiana to expeditiously conclude the ejectment proceedings pending since 31.01.2011.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner is an 86 years old lady who had filed the eviction petition for ejectment of the tenant inter-alia on the ground of bonafide personal necessity.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Rent Controller, Ludhiana to conclude the ejectment proceedings expeditiously and to finally dispose off the same preferably within a period of one year from the date of passing of this order.
