Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 6 dated 04.01.2019, registered under Section(s) 406, 420 & 120-B IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012 at Police Station Banur, District Patiala. There are specific allegations against the petitioner that he had cheated the complainant and in that process, he received payment of Rs.1,00,000/- also. The presence of petitioner would be required for effective investigation.
