**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner, by way of instant petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has approached this Court seeking direction against the official respondents No.1 and 2 for taking appropriate action on his representation Annexure P-5.

Notice of motion was issued.

As per office report dated 30.3.2015, service is complete, however, nobody has come present on behalf of respondent No.3. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Doolichand, Police Station City Narwana, District Jind, submits that copy of the representation Annexure P-5 moved by the petitioner was not traceable in the office of respondent No.1. Efforts are still being made for tracing out the representation. He further submits that AMIT KUMAR 2015.04.01 16:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-2025 of 2015 (O&M) let the present petition be disposed of with appropriate directions for looking into the matter and deciding the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, the Superintendent of Police, Jind-respondent No.1 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner raised vide his representation dated 20.10.2014 (Annexure P-5) and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
