Learned State Counsel submits that appointment letter has been issued to the petitioner and thus, no cause of action survives in present writ petition having been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other benefits of seniority and pay fixation are required to be considered as considerable time has been taken for issuance of appointment letter. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make representation.
