(Oral) Present petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.164 dated 16.04.2022, under Sections 148, 149, 302, 307, 323 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code (Sections 379-B, 120-B & 201 of the Indian Penal Code, added later on), Section 25 of the Arms Act and Sections 3(1)(r) & 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, registered at Police Station Sector-17 HUDA, Jagadhri (Yamuna Nagar), District Yamuna Nagar.
