(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of appropriate direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct proper and fair investigation in case FIR No.331 dated 26.04.2017 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 25, 54, 59 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Chandni Bagh, District Panipat. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the aforesaid case and, thus, fair investigation is required to be conducted.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Superintendent of Police, Panipat, to look into the matter and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 05.05.2017 (Annexure P-2) after hearing the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
