**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.66 dated 28.05.2016, registered at Women Police Station, District Ludhiana City, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court and the same has been compromised between the parties, vide compromise/settlement dated 27.02.2017.

CRM-M-21220-2016 -2In view of the above-said fact, order dated 16.06.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
