Similar controversy has already been decided by this Court on 04.10.2023 in identical bunch of cases with CWP No.7706 of 2022 titled Amarjeet Singh Brar vs. The Reserve Bank of India and Others being the lead case.

Disposed of in terms of order passed in CWP No.7706 of 2022, decided on 04.10.2023.
