**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for direction to respondents No. 1 to 4 to fairly investigate FIR No. 71 dated 16.3.2016 registered under Section 328, 376, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Jodhewal, District Ludhiana.

Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana has filed the affidavit and it has been pleaded that respondent No. 5 was arrested and had been remanded to police remand and challan against him has been presented.

State counsel states that the investigation regarding the involvement of respondent No. 7 was being conducted and on completion the report would be submitted.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had named respondent No. 6 as well.

Crl. Misc. No. M-21244 of 2016 -2allegations levelled by the petitioner were that respondent No. 5 was pushing her to marry her and he spiked her drink on a particular day and took advantage of her and this act was facilitated by respondents No. 6 and

7. The matter was reported after about three weeks. Respondents No. 6 and 7 are the real brothers of respondent No.5.
