***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail to the petitioner in a case registered against him vide FIR No.57 dated 26.03.21008 under Sections 324, 326, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Goraya, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is facing trial and regularly appearing before the trial court. Learned State counsel on instructions from H.C. Jaswinder Singh submits that petitioner is now regularly appearing before the court below.

In view of the above, order dated July 11, 2016, granting interim bail to the petitioner is hereby made absolute. This, however, will be subject to such conditions as the trial court may deem fit to impose.
