RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 407 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for transfer of trial in case titled as "Punjab State v. Vishal Gupta" arising from FIR No.128 dated 23.09.2013 under Sections 363, 364, 364-A, 302, 34, 201 IPC registered at Police Station City Roopnagar from the Court of learned Sessions Judge to any other Court of competent jurisdiction.
