(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the services of the petitioner are being terminated by the respondents and she is going to be replaced with another set of employees on the same terms and conditions, which is not permissible as per the settled principle of law. Learned counsel for the petitioner further argues that a direction needs to be issued to the respondents to continue the petitioner in service. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

-2has already filed a representation dated 27.01.2021 (Annexure P-8) raising the above-said claim and the said representation is still pending consideration with the respondent authorities. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner intends to supplement the representation dated 27.01.2021 (Annexure P-8) with an another detailed representation and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case respondent No.1 is directed to decide the said representation dated 27.01.2021 (P-8) as well as the supplementary representation which the petitioner will file within next 10 days in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Mr. Tribhuvan Dahiya, Senior Advocate with Mr. Brij Mohan Vashishtha, Advocate, who have joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondents and raises no objection with regard to prayer of the petitioner for deciding the representation dated 27.01.2021 (Annexure P-8) or any subsequent representation filed by her, by respondent No.1, in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner in representation dated 27.01.2021 (Annexure P-8) or any subsequent representation filed by her, respondent No.1 is directed to decide the representation dated 27.01.2021 (Annexure P-8) or any subsequent representation filed by the petitioner by passing an appropriate speaking
