**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking setting aside of impugned order dated 10.05.2017 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Faridabad on 10.05.2017 whereby respondent No. 2 was granted regular bail. Petitioner is seeking setting aside of impugned order on the ground that after being given bail to respondent No. 2, he is harassing the petitioner and the petitioner has given application/representation dated 17.05.2017 (Annexure P-3) in this regard as well. A bare perusal of application/representation dated 17.05.2017 (Annexure P-3) shows that no specific date, time and place has been mentioned by the petitioner.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, no case is made out for setting aside impugned order dated 10.05.2017 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Faridabad.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of and the petitioner is at liberty to approach Senior Superintendent of Police with better details, if so advised.
