Prayer in this petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the objections of the petitioner dated 19.08.2019 (Annexure P9), 19.01.2020 (Annexure P10) qua the tentative seniority list circulated in the year 2019. It is submitted that various representations have been submitted and legal notice dated 13.02.2022 served but to no avail.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts the prayer for a decision on legal notice dated 13.02.2022 (Annexure P11), submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
