This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 34 dated 04.04.2013 under Sections 420/120-B IPC at Police Station Sardaulgarh, district Mansa.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Deep Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated 22.06.2015, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 22.06.2015 is made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
