This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the FIR No. 94 dated 24.8.2021 under Sections 323, 34, 376 (2)(n) and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Women, Hisar.

The petitioner is the sole accused against whom specific allegations of committing the alleged offences have been levelled, as apparent in the FIR. The case has been investigated, trial of the case is going on and charges against the petitioner/accused have been framed on 2.2.2023. Case is now fixed for examination of the prosecution witnesses on 24.5.2023. In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition, which is hereby dismissed.
