Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 16 dated 07.03.2018, registered under Section(s) 420 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Satnampura, Phagwara, District Kapurthala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Daya Chand, Assistant Sub Inspector, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation in any way.
