*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and the same has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Manjit Singh. However, learned State counsel submits that the recovery has not been effected. The allegations levelled in the FIR are matter of evidence, which shall be tested by the trial Court.
Since the petitioner has joined investigation, interim order dated 22.05.2018 passed by this Court in his favour is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
However, the petitioner is directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
