**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0004 dated 20.1.2021, under Sections 21(1), 4(1) of Mines and Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, 1957 and Section 379 IPC, registered at Police Station Rahon, District SBS Nagar. Short reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Nawanshar, District SBS Nagar, dated 06.10.2021, filed in the Court, is taken on record.

Vide order dated 06.4.2021, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation.

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 6.4.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
