(ORAL) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners states that keeping in view the order dated 27.08.2019 passed by this Court, costs imposed upon the State have already been paid to the petitioners being represented by her. She further states that keeping in view the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in C.A. No.129 of 2003 titled as 'State of Punjab and others Vs. Amar Nath Goyal and others', decided on 11.08.2005, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition and the petitioners do not press this writ petition any further. Keeping in view the above, present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
