This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0042 dated 25.06.2016 under Sections 406/498A IPC registered at Police Station Behram, District Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to take all these pleas before the learned trial court at an appropriate stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. ( LISA GILL ) February 1 , 2017.
