Through the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 100 dated 21.02.2022 registered under Section 406 and 420 IPC, at Police Station Kurukshetra University, District Kurukshetra.

Vide order dated 05.04.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, ad interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner. $   %        &                05.04.2022            Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

   In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 05.04.2022 granting ad interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
