(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 144 dated 04.12.2015 under Sections 406/498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Fazilka, District Fazilka. This Court had relegated the parties to Mediation Centre for an amicable settlement but the mediation has failed between the parties. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 17.06.2016 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. However, the petitioners is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
