Learned counsel for petitioners submits that as per order dated 08.03.2017 passed in CWP-4726-2017, speaking order was passed and benefits were released to petitioner as per speaking order. In the speaking order monetary benefits have been restricted to 38 months only and this is beyond the spirit of order dated 08.03.2017.

The above contention of learned counsel for petitioners is not tenable as the order dated 08.03.2017 directs the respondents to decide legal notice of petitioners and release admissible monetary benefits. If petitioners do not feel satisfied with the speaking order they have other legal remedy to avail but this contempt petition is not maintainable. Dismissed.
