**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing the official respondents No.2 & 3 to conduct fair and impartial enquiry in the complaint dated 08.02.2020 (Annexure P-1) made by the petitioner. A further prayer has also been made that directions be issued qua transfer of enquiry of complaint (Annexure P-1) from respondent No.4 to any other gazetted officer not below the rank of Superintendent of Police. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the petition is disposed off with a direction to the official respondent No.3 to look into the complaint dated 08.02.2020 (Annexure P-1) and take appropriate action.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 - Sr. Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, to look into the complaint dated 08.02.2020 (Annexure P-1) and take necessary steps, if any required, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months, from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
