The petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No.75 dated 26.02.2016, under Sections 323/34, 341 and 506 IPC and Sections 307, 325 (which was added later on), Police Station Sadar, District Fatehabad. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the injury on the head of the injured, which has been opined to be dangerous to life has been attributed to petitioner No.2-Makhan Lal and at this stage, he does not press this petition qua him.

Petitioner No.1 is alleged to be armed with a stick in his hand and hit the back of the complainant. He has been in custody since 17.03.2016 and the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has already been filed on 29.04.2016.
