(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to rejoin as Extension Lecturer (Physics) on account of the existing workload for the subject available in many government Colleges. It is claimed that the petitioner is qualified to be so appointed, as he has now qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the respondents seeking re-employment as Extension Lecturer (Physics). 3.

Permission is granted.
