Mr. Dayanand Malik, Associate Professor, AIJHMC, Reohtak. * * * * Mr. Dayanand Malik, Associate Professor, AIJHMC, Rohtak has put in appearance in response to the notice and has produced a letter signed by the Principal and signed by the respondent-Satnarayan, whereby he requested the Management that he be relieved from his job. Mr. Dayanand Malik submits that it was at his request the workman was relieved from his duties in July, 2014 and all his claims were settled after he was taken back in service as Chowkidar. He, ultimately, requested that this writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn. It is ordered accordingly.
