Mr. Ashit Malik, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Dhruv Dayal, DAG, Haryana Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) The allegations against the present petitioner namely Krishan are that he along with their co-accused non-applicants obtained jobs to the post of Assistant Lineman in Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam after producing forged educational certificates in respect of their educational qualification.
The contention of counsel for the petitioner Mr. Ashit Malik is that similarly placed co-accused have been allowed anticipatory/regular bail vide orders dated 20.5.2015/16.6.2015 and which is sought to be refuted on the grounds that the petitioner has obtained pecuniary benefits on the basis of this fraud.
In view of principle of parity with the other co-accused who have already been allowed bail and without meaning to express any opinion on the merits, the instant bail petition is allowed.
