(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of TGT Home Science from the date the persons junior to the petitioner have been promoted vide order dated 25.07.2018 (Annexure P5) w.e.f. 17.07.2018 with all consequential benefits. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Pawan Kumar Longia, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the State. The learned State counsel submits that the legal notice dated 25.11.2019 (Annexure P9) given by the petitioner would be looked into and the decision qua the same would be taken within a period of two months from today by way of a speaking order. In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the State, no further orders are required to be passed.

The petition is disposed of.
