RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to get the matter investigated from any independent agency in case FIR No.49 dated 16.09.2016 registered under Section 379 IPC pertaining to Police Station Mullanpur.

Learned State counsel submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that FIR No.49 dated 16.09.2016 has been registered against respondents No.6 and 7. Final report under Section 173

(2) Cr.P.C. has also been filed against them and they have been chargesheeted as such. Dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
