Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in willful violation of the order dated 11.02.2025, passed by this Court in CWP-37842025, the respondents appointed Dr. Gaurav Sharma on 08.02.2025 pursuant to the advertisement issued on 04.02.2025, which was in continuation of the earlier advertisement 23.01.2025. Accordingly, he submits, the respondents are liable to be proceeded against in the present petition. 3.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents submits that in view of the statement made before the writ Court that as and when any fresh advertisement is/was issued, the petitioner would be considered. He further submits that, as a matter of fact, no fresh advertisement was ever issued by the respondent-Department after 11.02.2025. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Admittedly, learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to point out that any fresh advertisement was issued after 11.02.2025, i.e., the date of the order passed by this Court. In such circumstances, no ground is made out to proceed further in the matter, as such, the petition stands disposed of.

Rule is discharged.
