She at the outset submits that plea of the petitioners shall be considered in light of judgment in CWP No. 2371 of 2010 titled as Harbans Lal vs. State of Punjab & ors. decided on 31.08.2010, within six weeks from today. Learned counsel for the petitioners is satisfied with the aforesaid statement.
