# Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement before this Court withdrawing the present petition. Allowed to do so.
The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
However on a humble submission made that the petitioner is an NRI and has been declared Proclaimed Offender at his back and that he is willing to join the proceedings before the trial Court, it would suffice to hold and would be in the interest of justice to allow this prayer. The petitioner shall put in appearance before the trial Court within 15 days from today and shall not be arrested till disposal of his bail application considering this sympathetic circumstance. "
