Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press upon his prayer for quashing of order dated 4.7.2018 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bathinda and that he is, however, willing to surrender before the Trial Court in respect of the proceedings under Section 174-A of Indian Penal Code.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court in respect of proceedings under Section 174-A IPC initiated pursuance to order dated 4.7.2018 passed by learned JMIC, Bathinda and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the PANKAJ KAKKAR 2022.09.14 19:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
