Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.06 dated 10.02.2024 registered under Sections 15-B/61/85 of NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Rori, District Sirsa, Haryana.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Ramlal of Police Station Rori, District Sirsa, Haryana submits that in compliance of order 13.03.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed. Order dated 13.03.2024 passed by this Court, is hereby made absolute. However the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when called upon and shall abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
