Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of order dated 23.01.2024, whereby, non-bailable warrants of arrest have been issued against the petitioner in FIR No.161 dated 30.06.2020, under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar. 2.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
