Learned State counsel seeks to place on record affidavit of Sudhir Taneja, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Barara, district Ambala. Prayer is accepted. Affidavit is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that out of twenty four witnesses cited by the prosecution, twenty two have been examined. Trial is likely to culminate soon.

As the trial is at its fag end, no case for enlarging the petitioner on bail is made out. Dismissed.
