(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in complaint case No.2861, RBT of 2012 dated 16.10.2012 titled 'Satish Kumar v. Sunder and others' filed under Sections 323, 307, 364, 148, 149, 166, 167, 171, 506, 120-B read with Section 34 IPC, pending in the Court of learned JMIC, Bhiwani, whereby petitioners have been summoned under Sections 323, 307, 364, 506 read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Vide order dated 24.06.2015 petitioners were given liberty to appear before the trial Court and submit their bail bonds. On doing so, petitioner were directed to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of trial Court/Duty Magistrate.

-2Crl. Misc. No. M-20368 of 2015 On instructions from HC Balwan Singh, learned State counsel informs that in compliance of order dated 24.06.2015 petitioners appeared before the trial Court and they have been released on interim bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 24.06.2015 passed by this Court is made absolute. Petition disposed of accordingly.
