(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.0085 dated 19.9.2023 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 313, 323, 377, 406 and 498-A IPC (Sections 313 and 377 IPC deleted at the time of presentation of challan dated 22.11.2023), registered at Women Police Station, Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, on merits.

When this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Permitted to do so.
